Help options repeated at end of list #142

To reproduce:

  1. Start DemPower
  2. Tap Help
  3. Expand options - all look fine
  4. Contract options
  5. Go to DemPower home screen
  6. Tap Help again & expand options - all items in list are repeated at end (can see in IDE)
