Video autoplay & controls? #143

On screen load I could

  1. Make videos autoplay
  2. Hide the video controls

This could make things easier before users have seen the Help on How to Play videos. Another possibility: In the How do we use it? video could quickly tell users how to show / hide the controls.

The behavior of all videos except those on the How do we use it? & Help screens has to be the same. The behavior of How do we use it? & Help screens can be independently set.

If the controls are initially hidden they can't be shown by clicking on the video screen. If they are initially shown they can be shown / hidden in this way.

A few days ago Reena said she would have liked videos to autoplay when screen is opened. I can do this now if anyone wants.

The UK tablets are all handed over already except for one. Therefore I don't see any benefit in making this change at this stage.

It is better to keep them in step.

However I can keep different versions of the app if it is only one or two changes. So I could keep the English version as it is now without video autoplay (for the last English tablet) & create a new Swedish version with autoplay.

If other changes are required to both then it starts to get complicated since then I would be maintaining two separate versions - one with & one without autoplay. I would want them both to be brought in step as soon as possible.
