Check pages for logging code

Check all pages that should be logged have logging code

In command writeUsageLogLine need to increase char limit of card name from 7 to 8 for _0_0_GIx (Guide Introduction) screens OR change name of screens to 0_0_I_x / 0_0_1...4

If I don't do this we won't be able to tell which Introduction screen has been visited.
