"Your photo" screen shows old photo not current #152

To reproduce:

Start condition: no photo exists on tablet storage for the activity

Take a photo - Your photo - Delete - Take photo - Back - Go to activity - shows the first photo instead of the latest one. The first photo doesn’t exist under DemPowerIO folder. MyFiles app shows latest photo exists with correct path (i.e has replaced first photo under DemPowerIO).

Tested on 1.1 Act 1, 1.3 Act 1

Tested with commit 20d9517 (v0.63.0) & confirmed same bug existed then. With this commit, restarting DemPower then going to the same photo activity shows the correct (latest) photo.
