Write response - keyboard doesn't reappear after tablet Back tapped

To reproduce:

• Tap in response field, e.g 1.4A1 - keyboard appears
• Tap tablet Back button - keyboard disappears
• Tap in response field again - keyboard doesn't reappear

Keyboard does reappear in tablet memo app => can be fixed

Workaround: Save your changes then tap in field again

Reena - please can you test this before tablet handover tomorrow? It needs a fresh pair of eyes. Test with activities 1.4A1, 2.1A2.

When you fill the box, then it starts scrolling. You can scroll with your finger or a stylus. To test, you can keep tapping return to quickly fill the box until it starts scrolling.

Space is counted as a character.

My code should truncate the response at 1000 characters & warn the user it is doing so.
