Differing numbers of search page results #18

I was just noticing the alternation between 255 and 254 for page numbers below:

Was just wondering what your input there would be.

Because of the way eBay's pagination works, you are essentially re-executing the same query repeatedly but asking for a different page of results. As you can imagine, since the underlying data is sort of a living being, with new listings being added and other ending in the midst of the searching, the results will tend to fluctuate to some degree.
