Adding a "next required" date when suspending or authorizing a permit, that is searchable

To help with work planning we are recommending that on suspending a permit write in the General Comments box when the permit is next required, so issuers can search on current data (in general Comments) and see which permits are going to be needed that day. Would be good to have a specific date field for this.
