In toolbox talk - Hazard Pictograms to be 3 high by 4 wide #4

Make 12 pictograms fit on first page. (3 high x 4 wide) - currently only 6 are shown on first page and rest roll over to next page. There appears room for 12. Implication is that if there are more than 9 hazards on the RA/JHA then two additional pages are created in the toolbox talk.
