Setup ffmpeg on CI build #15

Looks like this isn't working anymore. Any ideas @nfiles?

Hmm. I can't tell what is going on from the logs, but I will try to take a look this week.

Looks like it was a combination of the website being down and a failed copy of a missing file. I've removed the file it tried to copy and the test ran successfully for e6fe52523a672330686a1c8a5464ce9341607aaf.
