Feature: keep alerting until acknowleged #105

Find how to detect if a spawned notification from a stock alarm is acknowledged or not (if the notification is clicked on or swiped away). If not alert the user again every 3 minutes, maximum 2 more times. (3 alarms total). This can be in settings as 'repeat alarm if not acknowleged'
