Can't remove a friend on fresh server load

Reproduce: Start the servers Load in a client and add a friend and then try to removed that same friend

Result: The friend is not removed

Expected result: The friend is removed

Note: This only happens on first connect (doesn't have to be a new account) to a server.

Issue has been resolved in the latest dev branch.
