TPM is short for 'Tmux Plugin Manager'(https://github.com/tmux-plugins/tpm), just like vundle in vim.

I find this themepack contains so many beautiful tmux themes I want. But it cannot work with TPM perfectly. So I fock it and try to add tpm Support to the themepack.

I've clearly been out of touch for a while, hadn't heard of TPM before >_<...

Anyway, this looks sweet, thanks for your work :)
