Admin option to cancel all games? #17

Should there be an "admin" feature to cancel all games? This would likely only be useful for testing purposes; relatively simple to implement, since nothing will execute publicly once a game is canceled.

I changed this feature slightly: now, if a game should be canceled, only the user that created it will be able to do so
