I am rendering with : knit_bootstrap_Rmd("ReportShiny.Rmd",tmpmd, envir = reportEnviroment,boot_style = 'cerulean',code_style = NULL,show_output = F, show_code = F,quiet = T ) markdownToHTML(tmpmd,'test.html',header = F)

I get a sticky <!DOCTYPE html> at top and a sidebar.

In addition i can`t get rid of the bootstrap.menu !!!!!!!
