Add the vocabulary to the .sparql file, so that every layer can have its own spatial vocabulary. Currently, it is configured only once at the settings file.

Implemented on commit #102 Geometry (Literal) predicate now automatic generated based on the geometry variable (given by the user) independently from vocabulary .
