GVDialer gives error "Could not load file..." when trying to log in

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh and first time install of GV Dialer
2. I have had Google Voice for years
3. GVDialer will not log in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to log in.. What I see is the following error:

There was an error logging into your Google voice account. Please make sure 
that you have entered the correct email address and password.
more details:
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Xml.Ling, Version=3.5.0.0, 
Culter=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. 
The system cannot find the file specified
at GoogleVoice.Account.Login()
at GVDialer.MainScreen.Login()

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.4, Windows XP sp3 

Please provide any additional information below.
I have re-entered my gmail address and password numerous times, and am certain 
is is entered correctly.

This issue is not related to this project, this project is about a google 
chrome extension that's no longer available or supported.

Thanks for the reply, but how could this be not related or invalid? I have 
never installed or used Google chrome,.. ever. I use either IE or Firefox (or 
Seamonkey) as browsers..  GVDialer is giving me this error.  If the error 
refers to Chrome, (which I don't have) then why would GVDialer be reporting it?

Let me clarify my situation..

1. I already had a Google Voice Account which works fine in my browser.
2. A few days ago I installed GVDialer.
3. When I enter my gmail and password into GVDialer, it responds with the error 
in question.

Conclusion; I cant log on to Google Voice through the GVDialer app.
Please advise on what the problem may be.

Hi Rich,

This is not the project page for the application that you installed, it just 
have the same name that's why you confused it with the application you're 
having problems with.

This is (https://code.google.com/p/gvdialer/) probably the project you are 
looking for, please post your issue there instead.
