Qiqqa does not run, it crashes immediately after a fresh install on a pristine Win10 PC #105

Before you even get near the trouble of #104, you get an immediate "Something unexpected happens..." Exception dialog where it says "you may continue to work" or something along those lines (writing this off the top of my head) but that's pure BS as Qiqqa kills its UI and is stuck running in the background, so the user has to use the Windows Task Manager to "End Task" kill the qiqqa binary. Not for the faint of heart to deal with... 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎

As with #104, my strong suspicion is that this has to do with there never having been installed a Commercial Qiqqa on the given machine.

Thanks :+1: to Deborah W for providing a test platform for this. These are nasty UX bugs which would hardly have been found otherwise.

Closing and decluttering the issue list so it stays workable for me: fixed in https://github.com/GerHobbelt/qiqqa-open-source mainline=master branch, i.e. v82pre3 experimental release and beyond.
