Before you even get near the trouble of #104, you get an immediate "Something unexpected happens..." Exception dialog where it says "you may continue to work" or something along those lines (writing this off the top of my head) but that's pure BS as Qiqqa kills its UI and is stuck running in the background, so the user has to use the Windows Task Manager to "End Task" kill the qiqqa binary. Not for the faint of heart to deal with... 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎
As with #104, my strong suspicion is that this has to do with there never having been installed a Commercial Qiqqa on the given machine.
