Feature request: Full GUI for "Read page out aloud", with controls for play/pause, speed, pitch and voice #194

The Read page out aloud feature is excellent, but currently in the most basic form. To be useful, it needs the following enhancements:
As the text is read out, please highlight the current word in the main pdf reader view; not in the status line.
The status line should not be used for this purpose. It is a very improper use IMHO.
Please provide a control panel, with the following controls: 3a. Play/pause button (keyboard shortcut: Space bar) 3b. Volume (slider) (keyboard shortcut: Arrow up/down) 3c. Speed (slider) (keyboard shortcut: CTRL+left/right arrow) 3d. Pitch (slider) (keyboard shortcut: CTRL+up/down arrow) 3e. Voice (select speech agent) - Drop-down menu
