General point about the twitter and alternative.to nags which were built into commercial Qiqqa.

(This issue is a spin-off from pull-req https://github.com/jimmejardine/qiqqa-open-source/pull/206)

@mahfiaz / see https://github.com/jimmejardine/qiqqa-open-source/pull/206#discussion_r415767101-permalink :: personally I'd rather keep the alternative.to 'nag' in Qiqqa for the reasons indicated at the link.

When we / I come up with other ways to "advertise Qiqqa to the world", we're again walking the fine line of the ethical question "to advertise or not to advertise". That's what this issue is for: a reminder to consider what we're doing & deciding there.

AFAIAC the Twitter nags are gone (thanks to @mahfiaz) as they feel "over the top", but I'll keep the call to go to alternative.to and upvote Qiqqa there in the app, until such times where we've some improved ideas about what to do and where.

Twitter box used up a good chunk of the main work view (PDF viewer), IMO this was a little too much. Maybe I would feel differently if I had a twitter account.

Nagging for "alternative.to" is shown only once a year, which is fine.
