Find duplicates is a very helpful tool. However, these days every scientific publication is accompanied also by a few supplement materials, pre-prints, and sometimes, errata. So can we have a tag-ish field in meta-data that, when marked, these accompanying files can be kept along with the main article, share the same meta-data, and not listed when finding duplicates?
p.s. I kept the pre-prints with publications because my notes and highlights, as these are likely to be read ahead of the publication.
