Unhandled exception aborts application: A generic error occurred in GDI+. ErrorCode: 0x80004005 #240

Showed up while working on #238 / #239 while idly moving the mouse over the Qiqqa window with the Scholar page (screenshot in #239) in view.
Given https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15655045/externalexception-0x80004005-a-generic-error-occurred-in-gdi and the stack trace which mentioned windows.Forms instead of WPF I guess there's little to fix/repair there without having to dive very deep into MS code indeed, hence this type of failure SHOULD NOT quit the application as it seems 'manageable'...
