Change request: Let the "Help >About" page reveal the intricate version system (stable vs pre-release) #260

If I look up the Help > About page of a pre-release version of Qiqqa, it should explain the difference between the stable versions and the pre-release versions, and GitHub links to download either of the two versions.

Currently, the "Help > About" page does not provide this clarity.

This stuff indeed needs to be updated; too much historical residue; my original idea/hope didn't fly, so the two repos are now close-to-synonymous anyway.
