Feature request: Text-to-speech settings #263

Hello! First of all, thank you so much to everyone who continues to work on Qiqqa! This has been very helpful in my studies so so much.

Now, the text-to-speech (Read page out loud) feature has been very helpful to me because it gets me to focus on what I'm reading. However, sometimes the narration speaks too fast or does not pause. For instance, when there is a footnote number, it reads it as part of the text and proceeds with the next sentence without pausing).

It would be nice to have some sort of text-to-speech settings to set the reading speed slower or faster and to pause the narration when I have to annotate, and continue where it left off (and not have to repeat the whole passage from the first word in the page).
