The storage path for Qiqqa database should be changed. #270

When we launch Qiqqa, it pops up a welcome screen, which tells us that the database is located at the path C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Quantisle\Qiqqa

IMHO the "Quantisle" name in the path harks back to Qiqqa's commercial roots. This should be changed to a local path that is indicative of its opensource origin. For example, replace "Quantisle" with "GitHub", or just eliminate it altogether.

I am partial to keeping the "Quantisle" as I feel it is a nice homage to the people who put so much effort and innovation into developing this codebase! Though if "Quantisle" is still an ongoing business they, or their lawyers, may have a position on whether it needs to be removed. Note, the name is in both default database location as well as the registry keys. It may be used in other locations too.
