The second degree and lower titles are not shown in "Contents" #273

Some big PDFs like master's degree papers have more than 2 or 3 degrees of titles, but so sad to say they are not shown in qiqqa, please help image Just like this picture shows Eg. there are discussion 1 discussion 2 .....5 under the title "discussion", but they do not show in the content
