It could be an improvement to the "Citations" section (inbound/outbound) that is shown in each pdf.
Obviously, I don't know if it's possible, nor how complicated it is, but typically in a paper (A) you find a formula or phrase that was said/formulated by the author of another paper (B) that is cited in A.
It would be very useful to be able to create a clickable "object" next to the formula/phrase in A that would link exactly to the page where the formula/phrase is written in B.
For example, once you select this tool it asks you where to place the "object" in A and which paper B and page you are referring to (i.e. @Romolo2004:p4).
