Suggestions for support another ref manager_Noteexpress #341

Qiqqa was amazing to assist me in writing papers. Well, is it possible to support NoteExpress (another ref manager quite smart for bibtex creation and ref detection) as ENDNOTE did manually?

Do you have a official URL for NoteExpress? 😢 I'm an analphabetic when it comes to Chinese and need Google Translate as a crutch. 😢 It would help if you can point me to the official site as from what I see the english speaking sites are not very informing.

Re support: it'll have to wait until Qiqqa has been migrated to cross-platform technology as that is a major undertaking and is mandatory if I want to reach a larger "customer base" (a.k.a. community) anywhere in the world.

Of course, anyone else can pick up the Qiqqa source code tree right away, add the feature and file a pull request here. That would be great 👍 and you don't have to wait for slow me! 🥳
