can't connect to word 2019 #429

i installed qiqqa in 2024-3-3 17:49:49, my office version is "home and student 2019" . after installed qiqqa, i can't cite any paper to word, and it shows not connect to word. so i open word from the qiqqa button, it still can't connect to word also repower the computer didn't work.
