Qiqqa: crashes/fails to import PDF from ill-configured servers

The collected URIs thus far: various issues with each (#54, #56, #31):

• mime type including charset, which caused Qiqqa to fail (#31)
• Content-Type response header issues
• Content-Disposition response header issues
• 302 Redirect (#56)
