Consider providing a mirror on another registry #83

Docker with the newly introduced pull rate limitting can be annoying. It would be awesome if the configmap-reload project would also publish its images on quay or Github's registry :-)

Pushed to v0.10.0 to https://github.com/jimmidyson/configmap-reload/pkgs/container/configmap-reload. Going forward, this will be the only place for images, no longer pushing to Docker Hub.
