Enchanting recipes use OptionalTarget instead of OptionalReagents. Need to re-anchor ShowSimButton, HideSimButton, and RecraftCheckBox for Enchants and non-enchants.

Buttons are now anchored to the enchantSlot for enchanting recipes and OptionalReagents for others.
