GaiaGeoReader does not handle combination Compressed/Uncompressed #180

The GaiaGeoReader does not correctly handle the case where the geometry typs is 
UnCompressed MultiLineString and the inner LineStrings are Compressed.
At least FME seem to produce datasets that look like this

I've attached a patch for this, maybe it could be done in a better way?
