Update 2020 round transformations to include announced rounds #132

I saw that new rounds have been announced, which means new date ranges need to be added. The AFL are still jamming more than one round into a calendar week, so we can't returning to using week counts just yet. It's a quick fix, so I'll open a PR shortly.
