Image in ImageNode is filled over by parent items fill #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use ImageNode.Load to create an ImageNode
2. Append node to another CanvasNode that has a fill

What is the expected output?
The image to be rendered where placed

What do you see instead?
ImageNode current derives from Drawable. It picks up the fill from the 
CanvasNode it is inside and ends up filling over the image, despite the fill 
being set to null on the ImageNode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I worked around the issue by changing ImageNode to be a CanvasNode rather than 
a Drawable. Seems reasonable for me as I'm not using the pattern feature.
