How to flash the MCU for 12 clipper? #3

Hello. Clipper 12 requires an update of the MCU firmware. How to upload it to the board? After the "make flash", download the firmware.bin from the host, and write it to the SD card as standard and flash the MCU via power off?

Is it possible to connect an external host to this board? For example Orange PI LTS, to get a normally working KlipperScreen
