Insufficient permissions when trying to edit an existing share link within a folder I do not own #157

Nextcloud version: 27.0.0

If one tries to edit the share link url for a file or folder which resides in a shared folder for which that person is not the owner of, an error occurs:

[cfg_share_links] Warning: Insufficient permission
