As a user, I want to see computed projections about the future of crime statistics based on an aggregate of existing data sources and mapped geographically, so that I can make smart policy and lifestyle decisions about my city.

Seems like this needs to be broken into several stories -- we need some algorithm work on how to compute this and some significant UI work in guiding users to the right answers
