Import Baltimore County Crime Trends #14

As a user, I want to be able to browse Crime Statistics from reputable sources, including Baltimore county, so that I can get a full picture of crime in my area.

Let's import the Crime Reports map information for Baltimore county via the County Police Commissioner's website.

Looks like a great source to import -- is there a way for users to throttle this data?

I am adding a bunch of data along with this - vacant houses, land use, vegetation. very rich with the crime data that I am adding. Adding the map service along with this is great.
