Added 'target' option that user can select element to insert nav #20

Thanks for this, it's in my plan for v2 but I hadn't gotten to it yet. Please see my two notes and also clean out the comments. Push to your branch and re-open this PR so I can re-review it.

Another thought. Do you have experience w/ Grunt building and QUnit testing? If you do, could you integrate this in to the v2 branch and send a new PR there rather than re-opening this one? Thanks.
