Added in semver to package.json

Hey @jimmynotjim I began looking through the source and build for the changes we discussed. Noticed there's some errors in the current build on master. I'm guessing you have semver installed globally?

Doh! Not sure what happened here, must have removed it from package.json at some point b/c I had it locally to the project dir. Thanks for the update and for removing my trailing commas in the array. Merged and pushed with the rest of 393cbe8138.
