Update mlb.json #53

The Seattle Mariners' colors are #002B5C for Navy, #006C67 for Northwest Green, and #C4CED4 for Silver. The other colors I propose to update come from http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/events/all_star/y2015/franchise_four.jsp. However, I don't have access to http://www.mlbstyleguide.com/, so if another editor does, please update the colors according to the Style Guide website.

MLB colors have now all been extracted from official MLB RGB logo slicks. See the readme notes.
