Update image-q dependency to 4.0.0 version #36

My primary motivation is reduction of node_modules as image-q in version 1 contains some some big image files as part of distribution.

A number of tests don't pass with this merge, so I backed it out.

@jtlapp could you tell me how to run the failing tests? I've run yarn test and all was looking green.

Oh, this was probably my mistake. I re-ran the tests without first upgrading the dependencies. Unfortunately, I don't see a way to re-apply the merge request. Any chance you can submit it again? You might have to copy out your changed files, git pull, and copy them back in first.
