Thanks for building and maintaining this awesome tool!

Are there any plans to release an updated version to PyPI, since there have been numerous changes since the last release?

I'm asking since I'm looking to have mike as a dependency of a PyPI-published package, which does not allow for direct Git dependencies (which I would use otherwise).
