Include license file in source distribution #23

It would be helpful to include the license file in the source distribution.

Yeah, it's probably reasonable to include the license in the sdist (I actually figured Python handled that already, but never really bothered to check). It looks like the recommended way to do this these days is via license_file in setup.cfg though, so I went with that way: 3ce1a8c92c296bf9a1f0c5419def85658eb3a2f5. Thanks for the catch!
