I think it would useful to format versions.json in order to make the diff clear.

With this, we can easily find what has changed. For example, after mike deploy main latest:

@kenji-miyake thanks for the patch! I think this makes sense, and it should make it easier to see what state changed in the (hopefully) rare case that's it's necessary.
