I often have to connect to the same host through multiple windows so as to be 
able to cd/vi different dirs/files. Like Putty Connection Manager, SuperPutty 
doesn't support SecureCRT's feature "Clone", which makes it possible to open a 
new session to the same host without having to log on again.

Even though it sounds like a good idea, why not use pagent and ssh keys and 
never have to login ever or maybe at least password the private key and enter 
it once... just a workaround for you for now at least.
