changing layout on secondary monitor does not work (win 10)

Describe the bug If superputty (1.4.0.9) is not on the main display it is not possible to rearrange the sub windows in the layout. it is only possible to move tabs to other tab bars. Somed ocking indicators appear but on unusual places and dropping the window on an indicator is not possible and results in an undocked floating window.

Moving the super putty to the main display area reanbles changing the layout

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. start Superputty in a multimonitor environment and open multiple tabs
2. move super putty to an secondary display
3. try to move a tab to another layout position

Any update on this? I also am having the same issue. Will include screen shot if helpful.
