New Icons and Session Notes #897

Added several new icons (FreeBSD, Windows, Ubuntu, Suse Linux, Arch Linux, Fedora, etc.).
Added notes field to the Session. This note field is displayed in the tool-tip when the mouse hovers over the Session.
Updated to .NET 4.8
Updated to Log4Net 2.0.15.

Can you do me a favor, submit the pull request against master with only the specific code changes and resource additions you would like to see (separate of any updates to the Framework version or the Logger version). Also, what is the source of the new icons and the license / authorship?
