$PATH environment missing "/mingw64/bin" in the mintty session , while not missing in git-bash.exe #901

Thank you for writing such wonderful software. I have used it for several years。

When I use the connect program of Git for Windows to set the SSH ProxyCommand, I found that the mintty session under SuperPutty will report an error and cannot find the connect program, but it is OK to run git-bash.exe directly.
