Add dataset MLSA #101

The first 2 layers of dataset MLSA were converted. The third links to FrameNet, 
which is not yet in the cloud. At the moment, there are roughly 21000 triples. 

Resources where interlinked with WALS, Glottolog and lexvo (language German) 
and DBPedia Wiktionary (individual words). 

A diagram of the model and the RDF dump can be found here: 
http://thedatahub.org/dataset/mlsa/

The sentence and phrase resources are linked to the original web pages with 
NIF-URIs.

Please check the use of NIF in this dataset.
